Spirituality & Thought Leadership
Carolyn Ryberg works as an Integrative Health Coach based in Victor, New York.
Spirituality is a significant part of Carolyn’s life. She attended the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biblical and Theological Studies. She later attended the Western Theological Seminary, where she graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Theology.
She found Christianity at a young age after being influenced by a close family member. As an adult, she experienced some significant events in her life that brought her closer to her faith. She has used these events as an opportunity to help and guide others.
Through her graduate degree, Carolyn Ryberg was able to walk alongside with many individuals in the hurt and broken world, helping to provide hope and inspiration so people can break free from what it is that’s holding them back. She helps empower people to overcome their barriers and fly. Her work allows her to serve as God’s vessel to the hurt and broken world. She offers a real-world view of how you can understand scripture and apply it to your everyday life.
Her passions for health and spirituality combine into her work as an integrative health coach. Through coaching, she is able to empower people to make lasting changes to transform their lives. Carolyn was trained as Integrative Health and Life Coach from Duke IM, which is ranked as the country’s top integrative health program. She also has certifications in plant-based nutrition from T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and eCornell.
Her integrative health coaching also ties into her own health journey. After studying nutrition, Carolyn Ryberg began to see the risks associated with consuming animal products, dairy and processed foods. In 2015, she decided to adopt a vegan lifestyle and immediately felt the benefits. She stuck to this diet for some time, before transitioning to a fully whole-food, plant-based diet. The benefits were so tremendous that she wanted to share them with others.
She encourages her clients to be authentically transparent and humble. Operating from a spirit of generosity and abundance is essential to overcoming challenges. Carolyn works with her clients as a fully present and open and curious coach who helps guide them along the right path.
In addition to her coaching work, Carolyn also works at Hunter-Ross LLC, an organizational consulting company, as the Vice President of Client Services.
